When filing for a case or paying a fine please send a Cashier's Check or Money Order made out to Smith County. Be sure to include all your information on the payment.
You have the option to pay your fines online, by phone or by coming into the applicable JP office.

Charges Associated With Using Government Payment Services (JP 1,2, 4, and 5)
- Service fees charged for making payments by phone or online are determined by AllPaid
- Services fees are charged in addition to your assessed fine.
- Service fees for phone service are 5% of the assessed fine with a minimum charge of $5.00.
- Service fees for internet service are 3.5% of the assessed fine with a minimum of $3.50
- When determining service fees, give AllPaid the assigned fine amount and they will calculate the additional fees charged.

- Service fees charged for making payments by phone or online are determined by Certified Payments and are charged in addition to your assessed fine.
- Service fees for internet service are 2.85% of the assessed fine.
- When determining service fees, give Certified the assigned fine amount and they will calculate the additional fees charged as a service fee.
